Is there a mobile version of the service?

Yes. Glenomail has a responsive based secure access responsive interface that detects your device and changes the display to match the device. It doesn't matter is you use a PC, a pad or a mobile smartphone.

Can I use my existing email client like MS Outlook, MAIL, Thunderbird, EM Client etc instead of webmail?

A.

Absolutely,

Glenomail uses standard secure SSL mail features that are compatible with all the common mail clients. In fact most of the settings are identical (or very similar).

Does Glenomail use SSL connections?

A.

Yes. Glenomail, ONLY uses secure (SSL) connections between your device and the mail service.

Do you have flexible payments to help small business?

A.

Payments are made via Direct debit (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually) or a payment arrangement that suits you. Direct debits are handled by GoCardless and other payments are by PAYPAL. Glenomail never sees your financial details and we don't need to see them ever!

Do you carry out credit checks?

Nope. Glenomail is not interested in your credit history. Pay as you go and we all live happily ever after!

How long does it take to set up a service?

A.

It takes about 24 hours to set up the service and a further 24-48 hours to allow DKIM, SPF and DMARC coding to propogate across the Internet.

Do I get a control panel to manage my own service?

A.

Yes you absolutely do! You control setting up additional emails etc and changing your email service to suit your business.  You will designate a person in your organisation to manage this part of the service.  The Glenomail team will guide them along the journey.
